Okay, I'm soon going to be running a Modern Day/Colonial Time/Wild West/Pirates/Futuristic/Prehistoric/Medieval/WhateverTHeHellIFeelLike D&D Game, and I'm not using the classes from D20 Modern. (I also don't have it yet. It should arrive today though.). I'm trying to alter the Tech class from Deeds Not Words to make it balanced with the other D&D classes, and I'm wondering how I should go about doing it. My thought was to lose the bonus feats, discretion ability, and armor class advancement, as well as giving them simple weapon proficiencies and losing their DNWs profs. Would this be balanced with the other classes or should I try some other way to go about it? Thanks!
