I remember that thread. In OA there is a prestige class that turns people into bears when they rage, I doubt that really helps or perhaps that inspired the thread. I have no idea.

If a feat costs a weapon +1, and a feat is acceptable as a special(as in uncanny dodge etc) then any special should cost +1
