Do haste and Expert Tactician stack?

If a person get a extra attack from exp. tac. Can he also get a extra attack from haste?

Yep. Haste grants you a free partial action each round.

Expert tacitian grants you an attack as a free action whenever your opponent is denied their dex bonus.

They don't intersect in the slightest.
