OK my interest in peaked what race is the cleric in question?
I only ask becuse 7 is a symbolic number and was curious if the births were divinely inspired multiples or the usual for her race i.e. a gnoll let say.

A Half-Elf cleric of Olidimarra.
The number 7 is not coincidental it allows me to open another plot thread if the players allow it. Best laid plans of mice and DMs you know.
As to the reason for the multiples with this cleric. She was infested, willingly, by a parasite, named Prawn, in an attempt to gather information during an adventure. Prawn had the ability to control her physiology on a hormonal level and is an agent of chaos. After sifting her memories Prawn felt that she was lacking chaos in her own life and turned her turned her ovaries on overdrive to mix it up a little. She communed with Olidimarra to find out if he had anything to do with her situation and wether he would object to abortion. His responses were vague.
