I have just made a Warlock. Now it says on page 29 of the PH. That 1st level characters gain CLASS FEATURES and 2 AT WILL powers. So does this mean that the eldrich blast is a CLASS FEATURE along side a PACT. Thus enabling yourself to choose 2 AT WILL abilities. These would have to be DIRE RADIANCE and HELLISH REBUKE. I am sorry if this question has come up before. It clearly says that eldrich blast and a Pact is under CLass features. So how does this work please.

It says they get two At-Will attack powers, not that they get to choose two at will powers in addition to their class features. Choosing your class feature (Pact) gets you one of them. The other is Eldritch Blast.

Correct, unless you are a human, which gets a bonus at-will-power.
That makes Three at-will-powers.
