Do we have 3.5 stats for the phoenix?

I was remembering the fun I had with greater and lesser phoenixes in the old days as a kid, and was wondering if they had been published anywhere since?

I could always stat something up myself if I wanted to run something, but I was curious.

There is- it's pretty close to 3.5... and I know somewhere on Wizards website, they have the exact 3.5 conversion stats for Monster manual 2.

There is no plural of phoenix, silly. There can be only one

In MM3, there's the Phoelarch and the Phoera, which anyone can tell is a phoenix.

A few things about 3.0 and 3.5 make me miss AD&D 2nd edition. The pheonix in it was awsome and godlike. In third edition it's only a semi-immortal creature. also, there is only supposed to be one pheonix but third says nothing about it.
