Over the last year, speaking only of regular campaigns (not one shots) I've played:
HERO 50%
Conan the RPG-derived OGL hybrid 30%
D&D 20%

"D&D" isn't even close to my primary system. d20 arguably is, but that's just because it's easy to find players for and there's so much content to try out.

I played D&D (pre-1st edition) from 1975-1979, with a few other games showing up.

After 1979, I stopped playing D&D almost entirely until 2000.

Then with 3e I came back, though I continued to play other games as well. I never made the switch to 3.5 as it appeared absolutely unnecessary. Every single campaign I ran, other than the first comedy campaign, was non-RAW. I switched to D20 variants very quickly, never running a "core" campaign, such as Forgotten Realms or Eberron, nor feeling the least be shorted for not doing so.

Last year, I shut off D&D again.

Now I play Ars Magica, a game that sustained me for about 8 years prior to 3e.

Maybe I'll play D&D again with 6th edition... ;)

Nope, it's been a few months since i played D&D.

In the last year I have played:

Shadowrun 4E
Nebuleon
Tales of Gaea
Shades of Earth
Roma Imperious
Squirrel Attack!
Supers Inc.
Chevalier
Vampire 2ed
D&D 2ed
Hero system supers
FUDGE
Savage Worlds
Dead Lands

edit:

Also C&C and Lejendary Adventures

I think that covers most of them

While my group and I play D&D the majority of the time, we also play other RPG's, as well - mostly as one-shots or limited series.

We've played:

Star Wars (d20 and d6)
Feng Shui
Mutants and Masterminds
Continuum
Castles and Crusades
we've also played various d20 variants (Black Company, Grim Tales, Spycraft, Arcana Evolved).

We used to play a lot more than that, but since the advent of d20 gaming, it's easier to get the group on board with a game if it's either absurdly simple, or a d20 variant.

No.

My Saturday group plays D&D exclusively. There was some fiddling with M&M and SWd20 when the d20 boom first hit, but now it's all D&D. We've done two one-shots, one d20M and one IH.

My Monday group plays D&D exclusively. We're nearing epic levels now, so there's an outside possibility a new campaign may get started that's AE, but it's hypothetical at this point.

My Friday group plays HERO. We did a Buffy one-shot once.

When I'm at a Gameday or GenCon, I specifically make a point to not play D&D, and usually don't play HERO. I love 'em, but there's too much other good stuff out there I want to try (and too few of my regular players willing to do so).

Hell no. Right now the guys in my group and I go back and forth between an 3.5 Eberron game, A Castles & Crusades game, a Wheel of Time game, Deadlands, Pendragon, 3.5 Scarred Lands, and 4e Shadowrun. There's too much good stuff out there to just play one game.
