Do you roll for your monsters stat?

Nope, I usually use monsters out of the book straight for convenience, both stats and hit points.

Humanoid monsters are given nonelite arrays, only things like magical beasts and elementals are given averages.

For specific NPCs I will adjust as I want and I will occasionally do out a fully individualized monster stat and hit point calculation, sometimes even swapping around feats and skills. But usually quick use is more of a priority.
