I'm all for bringing down criminals and phishing 'n stuff

but I was wondering, Does this count on my monthly limit on bandwith?
I mean, since I have a limit of 20 GB I have to be careful, cause I just downloaded 104 MB in like 5 minutes

I think so. I think it downloads the images to you. So yea, it would suck up your own bandwidth. And who pays on a per-bandwidth basis? That's odd.

If you have bandwidth to spare, let 'er rip.

Not only is what you are doing and suggesting illegal, it is also very unethical to bring down material you don't agree with by force. This is no different than giving people guns so they can run around and shoot criminals. If you think you've stumbled upon a phising site, report it to the authorities. This is not your job.
