Dodge feat: can I take it multiple times?

I'd also suggest taking Dodge, Expertise, 5+ ranks of Tumble and Weapon Focus (to partially offset the expertise). Optionally, Psionic Dodge and Superior Expertise.

A character with 5 or more ranks in Tumble gains a +3 dodge AC bonus when executing the fight defensively standard or full-round action instead of a +2 dodge AC bonus.

A 20th level fighter-type with a BAB of 20 can crank out a very high AC.

10 (base)
+20 (Superior Expertise)
+1 Dodge
+3 Fight Defensively
+~4 Dex
That's around a 38 AC wearing a thong. With a level or two of Monk, Duelist or similar class that adds other stats to AC, it becomes easy to get an AC in the fifty to sixty range while fighting defensively.

While the character probably doesn't want to invest that many feats, or the DM may not allow Superior Expertise, using the base PHB stuff still yields:

10 (base)
+5 (Superior Expertise)
+1 Dodge
+3 Fight Defensively
+~4 Dex
= AC 23, without magic.

And that's precisely why you're a player. :D

A player? Nope, I'm DM. But if a fighter wants to burn 5 feats for a +5 against one opponent what's the harm? Is it any worse them some of the other things out there? Add a sword parry feat that gives you +1 AC to one opponent when you're wielding a sword or something. I don't think there is anything wrong with that. If the DM thinks it's too powerful then he can not have a lot of opponents one at a time.

As a non-house rule alternative go for the Knight of the Middle Circle PrC from DotF. One of their abilities is an +2 insight bonus to attack, damage, and AC against one choosen opponent. Add in the expertise feat to switch the attack bonus over to AC and you're still technically at no change to hit, +2 damage and +4 AC, add in the dodge feat and you're at +5 AC (and still +2 damage) to a choosen opponent while only burning two feats, some skills, and 3 levels as a PrC.

Tell that to Monks.

I have told that to Ember.

She told me not to worry since she has a preternatural awareness of danger.

I told her it might not be enough. She thought about it for a while and decided that she was going to wear bracers of armor also.

Let me tell how Im making my Pc:

His basic concept will be this one: a wanderer do-gooder, with some ranger talents, but not having ranger magics. He will specialize in disarm, instead of damage.

At 4th level, he will have this "config":
Human LG

1 level ranger( 1st)
1 level fighter(2nd)
1 level rogue(3rd)
1 level sorcerer(4th)

The ranger level because of the track feat, and spot, listen( I want it maximized), move silently and hide( secondary). Im not sure yet if I will use the Monte´s ranger or the PHB´s, but I think I will use the ordinary ranger, changing the ambidexterity and two weapon fighting for the exotic weapon proficience(Katana).

the fighter level because of the feats and BAB. I will maximize Swin( A ranger must swin very well, I think), Jump( Synergy with tumble) and craft( MY PC will have a katana, and will never use leave it, so i must know how to repair it, or, in the worst option, how to make a new one);

the rogue level because of the SPs, maximizing tumble( primary) Listen and spot(secondary), hide and move silently(terciary). I also want the Evasion. Maybe uncanny dodge, but then I would have to level sorcerer one more time to not incur in XP penalty;

the sorcerer level because of True Strike and Shield spells: I realized that is very very hard to disarm a fighter type, since it tend to be very strong(my PC will have max 14 ST), and often using a Two handed long sword, bastard or greatsword. So, having the True Strike will allow me to have a real chance to disarm the tough guys. The Shield is a basic choice, and I dont want any other flashy sorcerer things.
The sorcerer Skills will be concentration, basically.
Maybe spellcarft too;

The progression will be:
5th: +1 level ranger
6th: +1 level fighter
7th: +1 level rogue
8th: +1 fighter
9th: +1 fighter
10th: +1 fighter
11th, 12th... all fighter.

I should have 11 feats at level 12( Or 10, if the Dm dont allow the trade between TWF and ambidexterity for EWP(Katana).

The feats I want:

Exotic weapon (Katana), Quick draw, Expertise, Dodge, mobility spring attack, weapon focus( Katana), snatch weapon.

Any prestige class worth choosing??
