Where does the Orc tribe go to the loo in a dungeon?

In the dungeon, usually in those 'empty rooms' on the map. Adventures invariably come back from slaughtering orcs with a host of nasty diseases and skin parasites (lice, fleas, etc.).

Or the Dragon? Think of a great wyrm.... must be Huge.

Why do you think the lairs of dragons are always described as 'reeking' in the stories?

Now think about the ecology. What sort of nasty things might live on dragon poop? Swarms of dung beetles? Oozes and slimes? A dragon's lair (or any other large monster) is a whole dungeon in itself.

I remember an old dungeon in which the denizens had lured a gelatinous cube into falling down a shaft, and then used that shaft for their, um, duties. The cube got fed, and everyone was happy. :)

And everyone says early dungeon adventures didn't pay attention to ecology. Wasn't there at least one otyugh in practically every dungeon?
