Does anyone know of a company that can print/diecut plasticard models like the WizKids Pirate Ship model game? Been trying to locate one since Gen Con without any luck.

It's possible that you need to widen your search parameters. Keep in mind that the Pirates cards are essentially just credit cards with custom die cuts in the shape of pirate ship pieces. I've found the following sites with a quick Google search:

Such companies should be able to handle the custom die cuts that you allude to, although you may have to provide the templates for the cuts yourself.
Another company that you may want to talk with (though they don't currently offer anything quite so specialized as die cut plastic cards) is Litko Aerosystems. They specialize in custom cut minis bases and model parts, so they could probably handle card cuts, though you'd have to discuss it with them directly.

Thanks James, much appreciated. The problem I keep running in to is nobody can do the sheet sizes I'm looking for (8x10 and up.)

I'd try Litko, for sure. Failing that, I'm not sure who else might handle the production of large format, pressed plastic, die-cut models. I'm not sure that anything like that currently exists, so what you may be running into is a technology barrier.

Man...I love the products from Fat Dragon games and THIS topic has made me curious.
LOL- just keep an eye on our forums. we've been fortunate this year to see substantial growth in distribution and direct sales, and we're looking to expand into more areas. 2009 is going to be a very big year for us.
