Does Fast Healing Stack?

Say you had a character who's race gave him the fast healing ability. Then you picked up a class that offered the same ability. Would they stack??

By the rules, no. Unless one of the descriptions specifically states that it stacks.

In my campaign, however, I'd allow them to stack.
