Pathfinder 1E Does inflict light wounds work 100% on a shadow?

On trying to "heal" a shadow, an incorporeal undead, I was wondering if Inflict Light Wounds:

a) Works just fine.
b) Only cures 50% of the hp of the shadow
c) Works only 50% of the time, but if it works it works just fine.

a) Works just fine.

Incorporeal creatures have a 50% chance to ignore any damage from a corporeal source (except for positive energy, negative energy, force effects such as magic missile, or attacks made with ghost touch weapons).

Even if the hit points gained from Inflict Light Wounds is deemed to be "damage," the exception for negative energy effects would still apply.

Sorry, just noticed this is a Pathfinder question. Same answer, though. Pathfinder says incorporeal creatures take half damage from everything except force effects and other incorporeals...but since it isn't "damage," it isn't halved.
