Does Living metal and Nibleness stacks?

Living Metal (material) gives +1 to max dex bonus.

Nimbleness (enchantment) gives + 2 to max dex bonus.

I presume that this means a +3 do max dex bonus of my full plate, I am correct?

I believe you are correct. And I don't see a problem with it

Unless noted otherwise, you can`t take enhancements, feats and so on more than once...

Or we create something like greater nimbleness, being mp +3 and having twice the effects of nimbleness.

In Monte's Book of Eldritch Might II, he has some new armor enhancements that might interest you.

Grace (+1): No max Dex bonus.
Maneuvering (+1): Armor check penalty is reduced by 2.
Greater Maneuvering (+2): No armor check penalty.

So, for a mere +3, you can deck out your swashbuckler in full plate of grace and greater maneuvering.
