Half-green dragon, and gain another +8 to strength.

Or make him a troll.

The spell as written clearly stacks. It is, in fact, better than regular barbarian rage in that there is no fatigue or AC penalty. I do not like spells that steal the thunder of another class, esp third level ones. Because clerics have self-healing and the most powerful buffs, I think that for a cleric to rage wth a spell, he cannot cast spells and thus have the best of both worlds. As far as the stacking goes, Frenzy requires a prestige class and has some huge drawbacks. Rage has none. For the bonuses to be unnamed would be quite overpowered. If spells granting a d4+1 enh bonus are L2, then an L3 spell should no grant a +4 unnamed bonus to two stats and +2 to saves. Thus, I rule Zero that they do not stack for balance reasons.

The spell still gives a Barbarian/Cleric the ability to rage another time per day, not that bad!
Matt ruled (AFAIK), that the spell just mimics the class ability and thus does not stack on top of it, altho - by the rules - it would.
