Does the feat Dwarven Weapon Proficiency make you proficient with Urgrosh?

I recall reading that Dwarven Weapon Proficiency grants proficiency with ALL hammers and axes--including superior weapons--but does this include double weapons too?

So, for a Dwarf Ranger, could I spend a feat on Dwarven Weapon Proficiency to become proficient with the Urgrosh instead of Weapon Prof (Urgrosh)?

Yep.

You would be proficient, but you would only get the plus 2 damage with the axe end.
