Not to my knowledge, considering that is freaking powerful. Additionally it'd allow easy entrance to certain prestige classes (which I'm gonna go out on a limb and guess that is what prompted the question).

That would be "too good" unless this is an Epic Prestige Clerical Class with not much else going for it. And you'd have to be Epic to even try it.. plus, this is a fine excuse not to let you gain a spellcasting level during any level you're getting this excellent Thief-like bonus.

And feel fortunate I'm even willing to consider it as an Epic class, since most other folks would call this broken from the get-go.

1d6 Sneak as a Domain ability wouldn't be too insane. Sneak as a Rogue would be.
Even 1d6 would be a big problem. Imagine a Cleric/Rogue PrC that requires 2d6 Sneak Attack and ability to cast 2nd-level cleric spells. You could now take the PrC with only 1 level in Rogue and the rest in Cleric.

Spellthief? I know, some people claim their stolen spells that they can then cast doesn't "count" as being able to cast the spell, but I differ with those folks.

Actually with the Spellthief thing, it's a pretty easy argument that it's not the Spellthief that's 'able to cast the spell', that they just happen to be in possession of it at the time.

Ink test? Whose caster level and relevent stat mod does the stolen spell use? The Spellthief's or the original caster's?
