D&D (2024) Anyone else's top choice for new setting Witchlight: Domains of Delight?

I'm not convinced about the inner planes as a setting book though. Too disjointed without a plot to tie them together. It seems more likely to be Adventure Path material myself. Descriptions of cities like the City of Brass frequently show up in that kind of publication.
The thing is the descriptions of the Inner Planes in the DMG that are nee from 2014, plus all the Elemental changes in the MM seem thst theybare trying to change that specifically.

Sure. But it may not be for a traditional setting book.
Maybe, maybe not: but off they are working on something as they have stated, then the stuff they expanded on extensively is a good candidate for indicating what that might be. The DMG goes into an interesting amount of detail on the inner portion of the Inner Planes where Adventure can happen more easily.

Just did a look at Dragon 155 (cover featured a pixie on a toadstool by Carol Heyer) - it had an article on Folk of the Fairie Kingdom giving a description and setup (hook) for each fairie type plus reference to other fairy adventures in the Dungeons magazine. Its a great index and some of those Dungeon Adventures could be Domains of Delight too - Huddle Farm and the Wildwood seem ripe for conversion
