Dominate?

Where I can find the rules for the 'dominated' condition? They're not in the glossary of the MM, which is where I thought they were all this time...

Heh, sadistic being the key word there.

Because I couldn't find any rule that prohibits it. The dominating creature chooses the action and the only provision seems to be that encounter and daily powers can't be used.

While I understand that you probably want a RAW approach: if the rules forbid something as relatively trivial as an Encounter power being used by the Dominating monster, I don't think they intended Domination monsters to be able to suicide a character.

It's a very reasonable assumption and I certainly wouldn't allow it in my games, but I'm wondering if the rules say anything about this issue.

Dominate has a lot of questions that just seem like they should be disallowed from the rules even though they're not:

By the rules:
- You can make a Dominated creature move into Hindering Terrain without a save. The save applies only to push, pull, and slide.
- A dominated creature provokes opportunity attacks by it's movement for the same reason
- A dominated creature, if given two turns, can pull anything out of his pack and throw it into a pit of lava or over a cliff is one is available.
- A dominated creature can intimidate another creature into surrendering if it's bloody.

And another thing is that by the rules, it doesn't say who counts as 'enemy' and 'ally' to a dominated creature, which matters in cases like "Each enemy in burst"
