Dorothy vs. Rini *Style Match*, Honorable Judge Darkwolf Presiding!

The grasshopper charges the ricefield; avoids the kick of the body!

"You can be annoying, but I can be more annoying!" Dorothy grins as her eyes look anywhere and everywhere for an opening, taking time to hold the ends of her skirt up gracefully, she starts running towards her opponent, using the foilage around her to hide her. As she nears her opponent she starts hopping madly, dodging left and right as she moves underneath her opponent.

Upon reaching her destination she gives a final running jump, attempting to knock Rini out of the air, using her book as a weapon.

"Even the tiniest glimmer can give light to the most glorious of treasures...and I'm glad that you'll be..."donating"...your coins, shortly." Dorothy smiles wickedly as she lands.

~1: The fox tranquilly shatters the cemetery; removes the foray of the crevice! *yen*~

Um, who was trying to be annoying? I hardly call what I said or did annoying. You were being psychotic; I was instilling insight into your life. Now, you may not see chasing after material nonsense as pointless, but I do. So, one of my missions is to better the lives of the money grubbers in this world. Look, I am a sensei, an apprentice judge, an experienced fighter, and I have yet to earn enough money for an item! People like you and Gray are running after the wind.
::Rini continues her lecture, all the while maintaining a calm aura. She attempts to be as sly as a fox in shattering Dorothy's already dead heart, hoping to take away some of her insanity. Rini can't help but think that mushrooms were involved...::

To all of you, I issue this warning: "Beware chasing the wind! It may turn around and hit you full in the face!"

::With a graceful flick of the wrist, Rini gives the thread a sincere bump::

Bump!

Dorothy, if you should agree to it, I call for a sudden death match after this round. I do not believe in simple disqualification for I would not want that to to happen to me.

(Sorry, a combination of not being able to access the boards, my internet access screwing up, and a lack of time has left me unable to post, if you wish, we can end this on the next round, sudden death.)

The willow sings underneath the ricefield; waves away the assailment of the wood!

Dorothy sinks into the ground, taking her hiding place as she ignores Rini's incessant babbling.

"My black heart is my own. Play me a tune Othello, for indeed the dead to covet treasures and all will be mine. Don't worry though, Rini, Hades welcome the damned." Dorothy's singy-songy voice echoes throughout the ricefield, resounding from below.

Somehow her body strengthened and hardened due to her new resolve, Dorothy sneaks up upon Rini as she rises from her hiding spot and attempts to deliver a nasty blow a large branch-why the sash uses such unconventional weapons may be a mystery, but Dorothy is for certain insane.

No question here in my mind...

Point Dorothy!
2 yen to Dorothy!
3 flags Dorothy 2 flags Rini...not that it matters.

Upon agreement of the players, much to the judges delight, I CALL FOR SUDDEN DEATH!

~2: The mantis speaks underneath the castle; removes the drive of the venom!~

::Little does Dorothy know that Rini had enough foresight to glimmer herself before the branch struck. Rini's voice can be heard from far below.::

Two can play that game. ::Rini sighs:: That is always the problem with fighting someone who's insane. They believe that what they are doing is perfectly logical when it's not, thereby making a good deal of thier actions unpredictable. Of course, there are always precautions against that.

:: Dorothy finds herself inside a cylinder full of intense bright white light. Purple streaks can be seen, starting from the edges and closing in on Dorothy, who may notice that the tempurature around her is dropping considerably.::

This has all been good and fun, but it shall end. Now.

The phoenix appears over the castle; removes the roar of the iron!

Dorothy gasps as the coldness grows and chills around her, and as it moves in she mutters a hasteful incantation. The cylinder closes about her and crystalizes into an icy prison around the psychopathic sash, and her spell seems to have been ineffective as her encased body plummets towards the ground. Several moments go by without any unexpected problems, and Rini thinks she has the battle won. Without notice though, a tiny spark ignites within the ice, glowing and radiating throughout it.

In the seconds that follow, Dorothy's frozen body heats up to a blazing fire, and the ice around her cracks and then shatters, Dorothy's form rising above Rini's hiding place-a fury in her eyes like an untamed inferno.

"The gloves are off!" Dorothy proclaims as a scorching flame stretches out from her palms, setting the ground afire as she begins to spin and twirl, causing herself to be a whirling tornado of fire and destruction. The blazing fire that follows begins to crackle and roar as it nears Dorothy's opponent, causing her to sweat with a heat that could melt even metal...Dorothy gives a big grin as she watches from above the battleground, watching the chaos-one that she started-ensue.
