Just wanted to drop a line to let everyone know what we're up to :)

I just got a look at Blood and Guts: Soldiers, a nifty little snack for you military gamers out there. It chimes in at 8 pages and presents 4 alternate soldier classes (Airman, Grunt, Leatherneck and Specialist) along with some new general feats and a new selection of MOS specialties.

We're also putting the finishing touched on Blood and Relics second edition, which will chime in at a little over double the size of the original gothic modern horror campaign.

And I am working hard on secret project X-13 (closing in on 50 pages) which will be released along with a revision of our popular Blood and Vigilance game which adds super powers to your d20 Modern game.

Does this phrasing imply that X-13 is B&V related?

Hmmm. The movie "Project X" was about chimpanzees who flew airplanes. (I know that because I'm a Mathew Broderick fan, and he was in it).

Therefore, "Secret Project X-13" must about 13 chimps that fly stealth fighters or bombers

Well the first domino has fallen, BNG: Soldiers is up at RPGNow for less than two bucks... go take a look :)

Downloading it now.

Funny...I was just looking at B&G and thinking that it would be nice to have expanded rules for non-SpecOp types.

For example...CNN.com has an article about the U.S. military's only full-time accordion player. Now there's a d20 Modern character waiting to happen!

That secret project wouldn't be Blood & Pulp, would it?

Or "Blood & Fedoras."

That would be a great name. You can use that, Vig.

Well if you think that (and I wholeheartedly agree) then you will like BNG Soldiers a lot. I actually fielded a question from Chris, my beloved, sage and wise employer (he's a handsome man too) to the effect of "Chaplain's Assistants, Band members, supply clerks, is anyone going to want to play these?"

My reaction... yes!

Glad to see I'm not entirely alone lol.
