The one thing I can say right now is that you should NOT limit this to monks. In Dragonball, the only three characters I would class as monks are Goku, Krillin, and Roshi. The others are all fighters for the most part. (My reasoning is that most of the character don't have anything even remotely like the monk powers, while those three actually do.)

The biggest point is that Monks must be Lawful, and two of the more powerful Dragonball characters, Piccolo and Vegeta, are OBVIOUSLY Chaotic, or at least Neutral.

Then there are those like Yamcha and Yajirobe who are obviously normal fighters, or maybe something out of Oriental Adventures.

In short, make requirements CHARACTER level, not class level, opening the field to all characters.

well, if it is allowed, then only through normal feat progression, not through bonus feats (ie. wizard and fighter). And if that is the only thing wrong with this then I think that I finally may be getting the hang of this.

Piccolo always struck me as rather lawful, myself... Very traditional and hidebound. Vegeta's as clear an example of Chaotic Evil as it gets, though.

I changed it so that any class can take the feats, and that G.A.S. could be taken multiple times. If you guys feel that only monks should be able to use this, go ahead and aply that to when you use these feats. You are welcome to use them and can make any changes you feel are necessary when you use them. Thanks for the comments.
