I'm eagerly awaiting my copy of the book. Since I don't have a Dragon subscription I'm pretty sure I'll be able to use it all!

IMO, it is okay for what it is. I continue to believe it could have and should have been much better in its selection of articles. I would be interested in seeing future entries but would hope they would be more solidly conceptualized. I find Vol 1 maginally purchaseable. A couple more "grandfather plaques" and it would fall on the wrong side of a "buy" decision.
