Dragon Queen!

Bought a pack today:

I got:
Huge Fire Elemental
Hobgoblin Talon of Tiamat
Small Fire Elemental
War Ape
Hunting Hyena
Azer Fighter
Cleric of Syreth (who the hell is Syreth anyways?)
Cloudreaver

Kind of underwhelmed, but that's okay. It's better than War Drums (in quality) so far.

Uhm...you are seriously miscounting your rares. Look for the Star symbol on the bottom. The Huge fire elementals, Purple worms, Bluespawns and Displacer lords are all Uncommon - not rares.

So you were supposed to get that many of them. Out of 18 boosters, that's about right for uncommons.

What you got was 2 extra of Tiamat and Bahumat. Not bad rares to double up on. You will be able to flip either of em - Tiamat especially, quite nicely.

Your other 12 rares are probably smaller figures. Have a closer look. Some of the smaller figures are rather sucky "rares" - but rare all the same.

Oh, no, I fully realize I got six rares and twelve uncommon huge figures. My problem is that all three cases had EXACTLY THE SAME six different huge figures.

I'm willing to buy an Aspect of Tiamat, like, right now!

Cash (PayPal) or art, seller's choice!
Eh, I'm working on some trades on maxminis right now. One of the Aspects of Tiamat is spoken for . . . if you have a huge rare I don't have . . . let's hear about it.

Well, if you are going to double up on Huge Rares (or triple up in this case), These are the ones to do it with. Especially if you regularly trade or sell your figures.

Well, having never traded or sold minis . . . eh, I was really unhappy at first . . . but I'm seeing the offers come in for the Aspects on maxminis, so I guess it's not all bad.

Have not recieved my 5 cases as of yet. I hope they are better mixed than Brent Nall's. Except for the Elderich Giant and Spider, I'm not sure how many extras of each huge I want.

Bought my first two packs yesterday.

#1: Aspect of Tiamat. Woo-hoo!!! Griffon Cavalry. Woo-hoo!

#2: Bluespawn Godslayer. Meh. It looks cool and all, but I doubt I'll ever use it in my game. What's the source for it anyhow?

The only double I got was War Ape, which I don't mind too much.

The paint jobs are definitely getting better and better. I find the body of the Aspect of Tiamat to be even cooler than the 5 dragon heads!

Ain't got none. Only DnD Minis I have are the three ones they gave for free at GenCon 2003 (elf ranger, lizardfolk and orc archer). I'm collecting them, I just want Tiamat to sit on my monitor.

:)

I picked up two boxes, just to see what I'd get; all the Huge minis look nice. Got Aspect of Tiamat and Mountain Troll, plus the one other mini I really wanted. So, I'm pretty satisfied. I might see what the Aspect of Tiamat is fetching on eBay if it's really all that rare.
