Dragon Troubles

Now, I have no problem with the way that Dragons are presented in honest-to-goodness 4E, just to be clear. However, I'm not convinced that the stats on the back of the minis cards contain all the actions necessary for a Solo Monster. My reasoning: no immediate actions.
Obviously, the Black Dragon has a huge immediate action whenever someone fails to hit him, but I don't see any on the Red or White Dragons. Now, we know what the immediate action is for the Red Dragon. On the D&D Podcast, it is explicitly stated that, whenever you move into a flanking position against a Red Dragon, it gets to whack you with its tail. Awesome, to say the least. That, however, is not why I write this.
I want to run the White Dragon in a game of mine, but I don't have the immediate action. I would really like to see some speculation on what makes a great White Dragon flavor immediate action. I do have a small guess, but it isn't, technically, an immediate action, and, even if this is true, I would like to have one more immediate action anyway since the Black Dragon is just SO much more powerful than the White Dragon, as is.
My guess is that there will be an aura of frost (or something to that effect) around the White Dragon (either constantly or with a standard action and a minor action to sustain) that would make the terrain around it difficult. This would force any PCs that want to move away from the White Dragon to have to take a regular move action (instead of shifting, since moving at all would take two squares, not one), thus taking an opportunity attack from the White Dragon, which is an extra 1d6 of frost damage. I think this is likely, but I would still like to see some other ideas as well, if you would indulge me.

Yours,

A good immediate will depend on the balance of your group. If you've got a bunch of melee strikers, you can try something like "Spalling Ice: Missed melee attacks against the dragon's AC defense cause the attacker an immediate 1 or 2d6 cold damage from flying ice chips knocked loose by the ineffectual blow." If you've got too many ranged attackers, you might want something similar to "Mirrored Scales: For each ranged attack against the dragon's AC or Reflex defenses, the attacker makes a Perception check against DC X. On a failure, the attack targets a creature adjacent to the dragon of the dragon's choosing. If no other creatures are adjacent to the dragon, this power does not operate. The mirror-bright finish of the icy scales is cracked at Bloodied, and the dragon loses this quality at that point."

Like you, I think the mini's cards just give a (very) abbreviated version of the various abilities.

Compare it with the text we saw on the photo of the Choker and Chuul pages from the MM, for instance.
