I wasn't going to get the fancy versions, but I ended up with a deluxe copy of Path of Glory after Gencon, so of course I had to get the matching rulebook and bestiary...I may have bought the leatherette edition of the main rules just to have an extra copy of the main rules and totally not because its so pretty.

It even includes Darkwing Duck in a dramatic action pose!I just got some additional stuff on a 24hr turnaround…
(Didn’t realise the standee pack was different to what was included in the box set)
That’s Gizma from the series of novels. They’re only in Swedish. The Swedish Dragonbane site has the four main characters as downloadable pre-gens and someone translated them.It even includes Darkwing Duck in a dramatic action pose!
Would having it be whoever rolls the furthest under their skill or stat work? That way if it's 7 vs 17 and the rolls are 2 and 11, the 11 would win because it's 6 below 17 and the 2 is only 5 below 7. This way you're still trying to roll as low as possible but the higher skill will still win out the majority of the time.during beta testing a bunch of us pushed for black jack style but ultimately lost, I still run my home game that way.

the question is more how much the lower skill benefits from the current rule if both succeedThe higher skill will still win the majority of the time.

sure, if you get a skill point, you increase your chance of winning. So when Blue gets a new skill point, he has more new ways to win, but Orange does not get any new ways to win.
