Both Troll's Spire and Riddermound are in the boxed set as part of the Secret of the Dragon Emperor sandbox campaign.
It should honestly be a required purchase for Dragonbane fans. It's an absolute steal in terms of value.

You get an opening battle scenario, like different ten adventuring sites, and a finale adventure for that sandbox campaign.

What I really like about the campaign in the box is that you can more or less decide how long of a campaign that you want.

You need three MacGuffins. So you could have a campaign where the PCs will find a MacGuffin at every location, which only requires three adventure sites. Or you could determine where the MacGuffins are in advance, and it could require that the PCs visit all 8-10 (can't remember how many) sites in order to find all the MacGuffins.

Assuming the players go to all the locations in the boxed set campaign, about how many 3-4 hour sessions would that be to play?
That is a trickier question as the Journey rules add playtime before you even get to a location. You often create an additional mini-encounters from the Journeys before you even get to the actual adventure.

I ran two weekly campaigns, one was 2 hour sessions which lasted a year and a 4 hours session which ran for over six months.

It also depends on how much time you play in town.

I am itching to run Dragonbane. I bought it for Roll20 because that's my go-to system and I really like it. The rules seemed pretty well laid out and the sheets were pretty. But then I started seeing how Foundry implemented the rules, and frankly, the integration was FAR better than how Roll20 did it. So, I bought Foundry DB also, so now I have both. I still haven't run anything, I need to clear some other games out of the way first, but I have at least a one-shot prepped in the Sinking Tower, and the start of the Dragon King adventure thing.
