That Robber guy is kinda scary. Also, if you have the core rulebook, you can throw the Castle of the Robber Knight adventure into the Misty Vale and have it be one of the MacGuffin locations for the Dragon Emperor sandbox game.

If I was the Gamemaster I think the adventures would take two or maybe three sessions each, depending on how much npc interaction the players engage in.Assuming the players go to all the locations in the boxed set campaign, about how many 3-4 hour sessions would that be to play?
@Spellslinging Sellsword, FYI, Maggan worked on Dragonbane. I believe he's even the writer of the aforementioned Troll's Spire adventure: Magnus Seter. If I was the Gamemaster I think the adventures would take two or maybe three sessions each, depending on how much npc interaction the players engage in.
11 adventures in the box, so between 20 and 30 sessions would be my guesstimate for the adventures. Add a handful for visits to Outskirt, the village, for some downtime.
It sounds like he wants to. Here's to hoping it's soon.Loved the spotlight. He should do a DB campaign.
It's a bit of a shame that he wasn't covering it a month or so ago (whenever that was) when the Free League had a massive like 50% discount on its online store. I believe the Dragonbane Box Set was like 28€ at that time.Loved the spotlight. He should do a DB campaign.
Maybe because DB is so easy to get into, full of content and inexpensive, compared to his own game Knave 2e at $35US. It's not a good look, from my point of view as a customer, GM and a player.I've also been hoping Ben Milton of Questing Beast would cover Dragonbane. He must know about it by now?
Then again, I've heard him say in a few reviews that he got the product gratis. So maybe that's part of his criteria.
At a guess the reason being Ben can’t afford to print the tens of thousands of copies required for the economics of scale to kick in.Maybe because DB is so easy to get into, full of content and inexpensive, compared to his own game Knave 2e at $35US.
