Deadly Denizens Vol. III Sept Art Preview #1: September marks the first of the final three issues needed to complete Deadly Denizens Volume III, arriving in shades of blue, green, and a gleam of gold. The absence of blue dragons in earlier volumes has not gone unnoticed, but that omission ends now. This month, three fearsome blue dragons join the ranks. Leading the charge is the first reveal: a half-blue dragon oni, a hulking nightmare that weds the cunning sorcery of an oni with the storm-wrath of a blue wyrm!

Deadly Denizens Vol. III Sept Art Preview #2: I promised a blue and green month, and this time around I’m bringing the green, featuring the Half-Green Dragon Hezrou! Stench, magic resistance, demonic resilience, frightful presence, and poison breath all rolled into one!

Deadly Denizens Vol. III Sept Art Preview #3: I mentioned that September would bring not only blues and greens, but also a glimmer of gold. For the legendary tier art preview, here it is: the Half-Gold Dragon Couatl! This marks the third metallic half-dragon of Volume III, with two more still to come before the collection is complete. Blending draconic might with celestial grace, this half-dragon makes a formidable encounter for anyone seeking a “benevolent” yet unyielding guardian.

Also featured here is the first "Drawn into Battle" add-on from the Kickstarter, giving backers the chance to see their own characters immortalized in creature art. The first of three is here, showcasing backer Highroller’s Sir Adrius Tycho the Paladin, depicted kneeling before the aforementioned celestial.

Deadly Denizens Vol. III Sept Art Preview #4 (Mythic Tier): It's been a few months since we last saw a dragon turtle, and here's a great blue one bursting from the sandy wastes, ready to unleash a breath of searing, white hot lightning! The Blue Dragon Turtle is September’s Mythic Tier exclusive!

Deadly Denizens Vol. III Sept Art Preview #5: The Green Mantiwyrm is known for tormenting its prey with venomous tail spikes and a noxious breath, wearing it down before striking the final blow.

Deadly Denizens Vol. III Sept Art Preview #6: The Giant Water Bug, grown to the size of a horse, is a monstrous predator lurking in the murky waters of swamps and marshlands. In this illustration, it has paralyzed a lizardfolk and feeds through its piercing proboscis, draining the creature’s fluids in horrific detail. This terrifying menace is one of the last two beasts to be added to Dragonix’s Deadly Denizens Volume III.
