Dragonlance Already on E-Bay?!

If I were in this position, though, I'd keep it. I like the ideas that RPG books generate, even if I don't intend to use them as intended.

I have keep dozens of books. The very real issue I'm running into is space considerations and hence, that's why I E-Bay stuff both old and new, bought and gotten as review material.

I either keep it for personal use, or I give it to a friend, or I give it away at a gathering like the Chicago Game Days. Some of the materials I get specifically say "not for resale" and I treat all of them like that. It just doesn't seem right to me.

But then I keep getting reviewer copies and I never write reviews. Maybe a reviewer who actually put in the time to write a review would be more justified?

Lol... You get sent stuff and don't do reviews? Maybe publishers consider you the default American contact for EN World still? ;)

In the comics side of my store we can get some Marvel and DC Comics a week early to help with decisions on reorders and reviews. Of course we pay for this privilege but I would love to see something along those lines from WotC, White Wolf and other gaming publishers.

Publishers, I can sell a lot more books for you if I can see them in advance! :D

That's actually not a bad idea.

When's the next game day?

Late October or early November, IIRC. MattyHelms will announce it sometime closer to then. If he gives me a heads up beforehand, I'll be sure to direct him to you in some manner. Thanks, Joe. :)

Yeah, but he's Eric. He started this place, and put his heart and soul into it for years, and still works hard around here. I don't begrudge him free product. I think he deserves it. Morrus too, for that matter. :)

I rather think that Eric and Morrus have done as much for selling WotC and D20 product than the combined efforts of all the publishers' marketing departments.
