OOC: Where is the Baaz we are pursuing? Can we see him? How far are we from the exit? What do we see beyond the exit, if anything?

Chapter 1 First Hunt

The exit from the main chamber is a 30ft. wide opening that arches from the floor up to a point 30 ft. above. Beyond this opening is a rough honed tunnel that curves off 600ft. to your right. A slice of winter sky can be seen at the far end. Periodically along the sides of the tunnel are several more openings, most sized for humanoids. Vern and Flashfrost can see the baaz running for one of these openings shouting for help.

Vervaerynosz charges the Baaz and attempts to grapple him.

Coldlight will continue to take advantage of the positioning Southwind and he have on the Baaz, and continue to assault him.

Chapter 1 First Hunt

[DM: Sorry for the delay guys, I've been a bit busy last couple of days]

[DM: Round 8]

Lukisalinari: Lucky bites and scratches at one of her opponents but fails to connect, then tries to slip pass him to get away from the second baaz. [Full attack: Miss. 5ft. Step. Recharge breath next round.]

Kharasmadrion: Flashfrost darts forward and breathes a blast of cold at the fleeing baaz, who manages to partially evade the blast [Move 40ft. Clinging Breath: Reflex succeeds, 5 cold dmg Recharge after 3 rounds.]

Vervaerynosz: Vern charges forward and jumps the fleeing baaz. The baaz sensing his approach whirls around and strikes Vern across the snout foiling the grapple. [Charges 60 ft., Grapple: AoO hits for 8 subdual dmg. grapple failed.]

Baaz Draconians: The fleeing baaz disappears into a side passage ahead, still shouting. Answering shouts can be heard responding. The other four baaz look at each other and decide to withdraw, moving off 60 ft. towards the exit. They appear to be readying to make a run for it. Southwind gets a parting bite at one of the fleeing baazs, which collapses. [Southwind AoO: Hits 6 dmg.]

Justyrathrix: Southwind easily catches up to the fleeing bazz. [Double Move, Breath recharged after 1 more round.]

Khirsahfalithet: Coldlight catches up to the baaz as well [Double Move]

End Round: One baaz (33 dmg) running into a side room, Vern (10 sub) and Flashfrost (18 sub) in pursuit. Three baaz (43 dmg, 25 dmg, 34 dmg) fleeing Southwind , Coldlight (15 sub) and Lucky (17 sub).
