Dragonmarked Paragon Paths and Implement Powers

Several Dragonmarked Paragon Paths have Implement powers yet I cannot find anyplace saying what they are for each PP.

Also I tried building a Lyrander Wind Rider in the Character Builder and tried every implement. None added to the PP attack powers.

Can anyone help me on this?

IIRC, you can use any implement you are proficient with from your class(es).

They clarified it after they did the same with the Forgotten Realms PPs. If a PP power uses an implement, you can use whatever implement with which you are proficient.

Can anyone tell me where to find it so when I quote the rule at the table I can prove it.

It's in the erratta - they changed the language regarding what powere one's implement applies to.
