Dragon's Revenge and Veil of the Dragon

2 questions:

1- Do these stack? Does something that takes a swing at you in melee take damage from both effects?
2- If they take multiple swings do they take damage multiple times? The way Dragon's Revenge is written that is the way it seems, but not so much the way Veil of the dragon is written.

Was fighting a Marilith in an adventure last night and this was a wicked combo when she decided to take 6 attacks. The Goristro also took a lot even with just 2 swings.

1. Yes assuming the trigger is a melee attack vs AC. If it is a melee attack vs a NAD, only veil of the dragon triggers. If it is a ranged attack or burst or blast vs AC only Dragon's revenge triggers. If it is a ranged attack or burst or blast vs a NAD then nothing triggers.

2. Yes. Neither power states a limit to the damage/round/creature and the damage does not require any action on your part.

Actually for Dragon's Revenge I don't think it is limited to melee attacks only, not as it is worded in the PHB2 anyways. So ranged attacks will also trigger it if they target AC. Or has this been erratted'ed'ed?

Yeah you are right, I had worded my post weird. But regarding arratta I have no idea, I do not follow errata very closely.
