Its whole point is being a nemesis to caster. Caster can still do things, they just have to be more creative and that is a good thing IMO.

Reactions are crucial for your kit tho because that is the dragon's only way to cleanse. That's what I meant: don't hide the cleanse behind a blockable action. They always need access to it. (Less of a deal when you're immune to spells but martials can throw some conditions around too.)

I moved the cleanse to a trait like I had for the other dragons.

Draconic Recovery. On its initiative count (losing initiative ties), the dragon ends one negative effect or condition on itself, even if it has the Incapacitated or Unconscious conditions.
