I don't know why I didn't think of it before, but with Psionic powers being more defined (no scaling and each enhanced version of a power is its own power slot) and less "flashy" with the special effects (as in the powers themselves, not including manifestations), the psionic powers seem to suit being converted into spellware just as well as magic, if not even better in some cases. (hmmm still like Stoneskin)
But still, a monk with Graft Weapon, Inertial Armor, and Improved Biofeedback as psiware would be impressive.
Of couse I am thinking this idea with the house rule that psionics as psiware does not create visual, audio, etc manifestiations.
