So which one of these is the worst offender of the lot? I vote for starting off in a small town/village/hommlet/etc...

I usually start the groups out in a big city. And I've yet to use an Evil necromancer as the main nemisis. So, I go with the feats that give +2 to skills. They are boring and unispired.
