A 3E version of the Birthright domain rules (perhaps expanded a little so it can deal with a variety of scales) seperated from the BR setting.

they were in a dragon magasine a few months back. pretty much as was in birthright without all the setting specific stuff. as written it could easily be used for smaller then a nation areas and it only took about 8 pages.
