Yup your getting better and better Here is an updated description

The Dregh is porportionatal similiar to the human, however this does not mean that it is identical. The Head of a Dregh sports two rams horns that curl back away from the sides of the crown and then continues the curl forwards. They have slightly pointed ears. Their upper bodies are furry, ranging from a light brown to a deep tan. This a large contrast to their snake-like lower bodies covering in scales, and they have no legs instead they are carried on a large snake tail; roughly three feet is on the ground, the remaining amount of tail takes up the space a pair of legs would, ending in an overall height of 7'2". The tail colour can range from green to red to yellow. With mixes being uncommon.

Beautiful, My only quip is the horns don't look those of a goat (right shape colour everything), wrong texture. Lovely pic otherwise.
