Sometimes you swallow your saliva, and it appeals good ;
So is this a simili cure light wounds ?
I ( furthermore ) have real disorder as to the existence of a spell ( cleric ) like heal which would cure all afflictions...
While a regeneration spell I can understand, the same as cause wounds to oneself, based on misdirection...
