Psion, I understand your distaste of providing tech support of DriveThruRPG. I share it. 
It's always been my stance that people should make their own decisions bases on their experiences though, so here goes...

Actually, you can re-download the files from DriveThruRPG. I did. I simply created a new account using bogus information. DriveThruRPG doesn't verify account information - not even using email verification. *Way to stop piracy, people!*
Also, if you actually purchase something, I have been told that you can go to "My Account" and "My Order History" and possibly re-download. I don't know if it would work or not, though.
