I've seen Bugs Bunny do it.I take it you haven't seen Kung Fu Panda.![]()
But no, your PC still can't air-swim across the canyon.

Impossible. He-man has it.Assuming they have the power, of course.
It's fair to say he can't open a door as a wolf, although I might let him turn the knob with his teeth as a standard action or something. My initial reaction was something along those lines the first time a similar situation occured while he was in wolf form. When I ruled against him, he argued that I was penalizing his character unfairly. I relented to keep the momentum going, but it's definately something I'll have to discuss with him.
He'd have to turn into a same-sized snake, however, which is one large snake...But, remember that if you're going to take away capabilities, you should add some as well. For example, if your druid is in a jail cell, and wants to turn into a snake and slip through the bars, I'd allow it.
If an Eladrin (or other teleporter PC) could trivially escape from that cage, I'd probably allow it too. But, remember that if you're going to take away capabilities, you should add some as well. For example, if your druid is in a jail cell, and wants to turn into a snake and slip through the bars, I'd allow it.
