Druid Shapechanging: How it works?

When a druid uses wildshape, does he use the new animal's hp? What happens when the druid wildshapes back to normal form? Are hp gained? What happens if the druid is reduced to 1 hp (or negative hp) in animal form? Do these injuries remain if the druid shapechanges back to normal?

Nope, the Druid's hp remains the same (although he gets a higher Fortitude save if the animal's Constitution modifier is higher than the druid's). Any damage he takes as an animal remains when he returns to his normal form. If he's at 0 hp, he becomes unconscious (and doesn't revert to normal form until the duration expires or he regains consciousness and turns into his normal self).
