My question on this is, when you Wild Shape, does it change your BAB, Fort, Reflex, and Will save values along with the other stats? I looked, but couldn't find anything on it.

I am 99.9% sure that anything you gain from class levels remains with you if you change your body in anyway. However I am sure there is probably something that doesn't stay with you, but I don't know of one.

Quick Reply: No, it doesn't. *Assuming you are referring to your BASE saves.

BAB, base saves, skill ranks, and hp all remain the same.

Your str/dex/con changes, so that will affect your fortitude and reflex saves, though.

Note that skills in particular can change drastically, since you not only have different physical ability scores, but also get some large bonuses with some forms. Want to Spot like a maniac? Turn into an eagle. Want to hide in tall grass? Lion. Jump? Velociraptor. And so on.
