Druid with emphasis on Wildshape

In terms of feats, make sure to get at least a 13 Dex. It's one of the prereqs for Fast Wildshape, which allows you to both wildshape and get a spell off in one round.

Another option is to get Gloves of Dexterity to qualify, then shift into forms that grant a 13+ Dex.

You could talk to your DM about letting you take the feat anyway, and it only be available in forms with 13 or above STR?
WRT this and to Ridley's Cohort's point about using Gloves of Dexterity to qualify for a feat... druids don't need any additional power. This leniency with feat prereqs helps them even more than other classes (IMO) because druids are most likely to go short on physical stats, trusting in Wildshape to pick them back up. This effect is even more pronounced if you start at mid-to-high level (i.e. druid doesn't have to worry about surviving the pre-wildshape levels).

Eliminating one of the few drawbacks to that approach is probably not a good idea (although depending on your campaign it may not matter). And I say this as the player of a druid.

I'm with Brother MacLaren here, using Wild Shape or magic items to qualify for feats throws Druids into yet another strata of power. And I too play a Druid, and am aware of just how insane they can be.

Oh, and Tetsubo, I'm not disagreeing with you, I was playing devil's advocate. I find it monumentally silly too that they get Abberation shape but not Magical Beast.
