Natural Spell is the only feat in the 3.5 PHB that I just flat out banned. It is just too good. Like others have said, who _wouldn't_ take this feat? Instead, I modified one from the old MotW book, Speaking Wildshape, so that with that feat, you can Speak with Animals of the same kind as the druid is currently emulating with wildshape, but the druid can also speak normally any language they know while wild shaped. Having played a 1st ed druid to near-max levels, I can attest that the ability to talk to the rest of the party while wildshaped is VERY useful, and worth of a feat.
