Drunken Master and Armor?

How does wearing armor affect a Drunken Master's special abilities?

I'm thinking especially of the high movement rates. At the very least they should be reduced; Does anyone know how fast a creature with a speed of 50 ft. moves when it is wearing heavy armor? 60 ft? 70 ft.?

I don't know about the Drunken Master, but the speeds for fast creatures with heavy armor are as follows:

Base speed 50 ft - 35 ft. in heavy armor
Base speed 60 ft - 40 ft. in heavy armor
Base speed 70 ft - 50 ft. in heavy armor
Base speed 80 ft - 60 ft. in heavy armor
Base speed 90 ft - 65 ft. in heavy armor
Base speed 100 ft - 70 ft. in heavy armor

Thanks Shilsen!

I'm thinking of Monk 2/Fighter 3/Drunken Master 5, and use the OA rules to sub out stunning fist and deflect arrow for some feats in the Spring Attack feat chain. Maybe go for Power Attack, Cleave and Sunder/Improved Sunder as well.

Drunken Master gets Drunken Rage at 5th level, and it plus the Monk weapon proficiencies qualifies the character for Exotic Weapon Master.

But the question remains; does the Drunken Master retain its fantastic speed, AC bonus and other special abilities if the character is wearing heavy armor?

For instance, the evasion pre-requisite; if the ability is not usable because of armor, does that mean all the special abilities of Drunken Master go away?
