DST adjustment setting?

For some reason on these boards i'm seeing time as though Sunday's time adjustment didn't happen (i.e. i'm seeing current US East coast time + 1 hour, which is what it would have been prior to Sunday's adjustment)

I know the boards have done DST automatically in the past, but I thought I'd double check my profile settings to make sure DST adjustment is still "on". But I can't seem to find the spot that has the setting.

Anyone know off hand where it is (what links to follow).

(i'm sure if i looked longer/harder i'd be able to find it; so if you don't already know off the top of your head, don't trouble yourself looking for it)

Click 'Settings' form the menu along the top where it says Profile/Settings, then select 'Edit Options' from halfway down the Control Panel on the left side. The Date/Time options are about two-thirds of the way down that screen.
