Dumb Invisibility/Detect Magic question

Simplicity

I should know the answer to this by now, but here goes:
An invisible guy with a magic sword stands in a room, and one of the
PCs casts detect magic.

What does the PC see?

No auras?
One illusion aura?
One illusion aura and one enchantment aura?
One enchantment aura?

How localized would such an aura be?
Would the players know what square the invisible guy is in?
Does he still get total concealment?

This seems like such an obvious question, that I'm sure it's been asked
a million times. And yes, I know, I should use search. I should also
become a supporter so that I can use search...

I believe the caster would sense one Illusion aura from the functioning Invisibility spell and one Evocation aura from the magical weapon. I believe the caster would learn the targets location (exact space) but the target would still have total concealment.

I agree. Provided the caster takes the 3 rounds needed to get all that info. But yes, in the end he would pinpoint the location, know there were two auras, and know their schools of magic (requires a Spellcraft check, if memory serves) as well as exact location (i.e. on aura around the sword, the other around the individual).
