Dungeon #120 magazine came tore up

Exactly what was tore up, I am a little curious. Though I am sure that they will be more than happy to rectify this problem.

I have had some trouble with freight and packages in the past but never a magazine or a regular post.

It was obviously miss handled. There were tears in the plastic cover. The magazine (with the map) was bent in every which way, so there are creases. Then ontop of that is the rips.

I am more concerned about the map. I frame the other 2 and no way I can frame this.
